Hello my lovelies,
I finally got the courage to face you all after all
the things that have recently happened to me that pretty much ran me
through the dirt and then back again, firstly i was involved in a car
accident that wrecked our car (i was not at fault) and then secondly
long story short i lost my job under suspicious circumstances.
I know what your thinking, "why do you need courage
to tell us about this stuff?" well to be completely honest i have put
it off because i was worried about disappointing everyone and also
worried about what people would say to me about what happened.
I have been really down and out over it and only
recently started to feel better. I got accepted into my Diploma in
Children services studying in Brisbane city and get to strive closer to
my dream of becoming a kindy teacher which i start next week and i have
lost more weight and cm at gym so i have come to think that getting to
study something i love and follow my dreams may just be the silver
lining in all of this.
Thanks
Bye for now xx

DIY Plugs
Recently i decided to have a go at making my own plugs for my stretched ears, my ears are 12mm so i used a ruler to measure the diameter to make sure they were the right size. This is what i did...
1. I went to my local dollar store and bought some polymer clay that you can bake in the oven
2. Work some of the clay in your hands
3. Shape the clay into a sausage shape and break it into small pieces
4. Roll clay into plug like shapes and use the ruler to check the size ( note if it looks slightly too small, don't worry about it as they can expand in the oven only by 0.5-1mm but still i learned that the hard way as my first batch turned out too big )
5. Bake in the oven for 30mins at 130 degrees (c)(30mins for even 6mm of thickness)
And once they have finished in the oven and cooled down you now have your very own polymer clay plugs

Vacate the roads i am now a Learner Driver ;)
I recently managed to pass the written component of Australia's driving test which means i am now allowed to drive on the roads which in reality is not as dangerous as it sounds haha.
In Australia you have to hold your leaner license for a year and gain 100 hours of driving experience in a multitude of different conditions (Night time, Daytime, rain or shine)
I am honestly not that bad at driving, i have driven for over 10 hours now and i am finding i am loving it. I am hoping to buy my first car soon and i will definitely show you all what i get

My Daily Skin Regime
1. It is really important to wash your face everyday twice if you can once in the morning to prepare your skin for the day and once in the evening to remove the dirt, make-up and grime of the day.
2. Then i Cleanse my face and exfoliate, i like to use Clinique liquid facial soap and i like to make my own exfoliant using a mix of coconut oil and bicarbonate soda and brown sugar.
3. Toner, Toner, Toner i like to use Witch Hazel as my toner because my skin has a tendency to get red and flushed and the witch hazel helps to strengthen the capillaries in the skin thus reducing the redness
4. My skin also has a bad habit of drying out so i have to moisturise either by using an actual moisturiser or by using a foundation with moisturiser in it.
Well thats it my lovelies

My weight Loss Journey So Far
Most of my adult life i have had serious issues with the way i look and the way i see myself, it may seem vain but i came to hate the way i looked because i didn't meet my standards of "beauty"... However after spending time in my own pity party and wishing i wasn't such a big girl anymore as it was really taking its toll on my mental and physical health i decided to join a gym on 28.04.15....
So far i have lost 15kg and i am hoping to lose more wish me luck :)
